THE GRISTMILL

A problematic property was reimagined from an abandoned car dealership into a rustic mill motif to create 33,000sf of Class A office experience for tenants. Another great project with Five Mile Development - it was a unique, fun challenge.

A distinctive red-barn roof is matched by a modern mill design style, much of which is found, salvaged or repurposed materials.  Finishing touches including graphics and signs made with repurposed materials.
